#Discuss: Where is the value in real-time marketing?

Real-time marketing, a topic which keeps on coming up time after time after time. Only one brand I know has been successful (pretty damn lucky). Yep, Oreo’s dunk in the dark, Super Bowl tweet. Jerry Daykin from Mondelez (owners of Oreo) made the point that although it achieved marketing success; it was engagement, not reach that made it successful.
